| Statement of Purpose: | For the past nine years, Jackson County Free Health Clinic (JCFHC) has been working in partnership the Truman Heartland Community Foundation to assist low-income, underserved adults living in Eastern Jackson County. The organization’s mission is to forge partnerships with patients, medical staff and the local community to provide quality health care and medications to uninsured adults allowing patients to live healthy, productive lives without the complications of chronic illness. | ||
